- Versatile and customizable design: Discover the ultimate in scar care with scar shield silicone strips. Each pack contains 1” x 6” strips, expertly crafted to be tailored to a wide range of procedures and various wound shapes and sizes. These versatile strips are ideal for any incision, offering personalized care to meet your unique recovery needs.
- Premium medical-grade silicone: Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, also known as polysiloxane, these strips have been a cornerstone in medicine and cosmetic surgery for nearly five decades. This non-toxic material is free from irritants, antigenicity, and carcinogenic teratogenicity, ensuring safe and effective use for all skin types.
- Leading scar management technology: Silicone scar removal sheets are recognized as the gold standard in topical, non-invasive scar therapy. Scar shield strips minimize movement of post-surgical wounds and suppress collagen production, effectively preventing the formation of prominent scars.
- Proven scar recovery results: By applying gentle pressure and mirroring the skin’s natural healing process, these silicone strips promote noticeable improvements in scar appearance within weeks. For optimal results, consistent use is recommended, with significant changes typically observed within 12 weeks.
- Reusable for cost-effective care: Designed with your convenience in mind, these silicone strips are both customizable and reusable. They can be cut to precisely fit the size and shape of your scar. Each strip is durable for repeated use, up to two weeks or until the adhesive fades, offering an efficient and economical solution for your scar care regimen.
