Directions
Take 2 capsules with an 8 oz glass of water 15-20 minutes after meals and at bedtime, up to four times daily. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.. For nighttime reflux or LPR, the bedtime dose matters most; if 2 capsules aren't enough, take 3 at bedtime, without exceeding 8 capsules a day. Take other medications and supplements 30 to 60 minutes before Refluxter, or 4 hours after, so they aren't caught in the raft and their absorption isn't delayed. Sodium alginate is a soluble fiber from kelp. During the first few days, some users may notice temporary changes in digestion, such as mild bloating or a change in bowel habits, while their body adjusts. Taking each dose with a full 8 oz glass of water helps. If discomfort continues, pause use and check with your doctor.
