Cancellation Policy for Orders

At Nutricity We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Period

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer service within this timeframe via the contact information below
  • If the cancellation is received within 24 hours and before the order has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method

Cancellation after 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, orders are usually being processed or prepared for shipment.
  • Cancellation after this period cannot therefore be guaranteed
  • If cancellation is not possible you Decline to accept the delivery at the time of delivery
  • When it is refused and the shipment is returned to us in original and undamaged condition, we are processing a refund of product priceexcluding shipping costs

Important Information

  • Refunds are always made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed if:
    • Cancellations after the 24-hour period
    • Refuse delivery
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a management or restocking fee arise
