Order Management (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery time (Transit time)
Delivery time varies depending on your location.
Estimated delivery time is 4–20 working days.

- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carriers, or peak season.

We deliver internationally to selected countries. Availability and delivery times are shown in the checkout.
Track your order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can follow your shipment in real time.
Duties, taxes, and fees
All prices include applicable taxes and import duties where required. In most cases, no additional charges apply for delivery.
Damaged, lost, or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, disappears during transport, or is incomplete, we are happy to help you:
- Damaged goods: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
- Lost packages: If tracking is not updated or the package is not delivered within the expected time, contact our support team.
- Missing items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, we offer a free replacement or resupply at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is entered:
- We may not be able to guarantee delivery or compensation.
