Nutricity is driven by Gofinch and offers an e-commerce platform for health, wellness, and supplements to customers in Sweden.

Nutricity and Gofinch are not responsible for negative effects that occur due to misuse or overdose.

5. Orders, Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and includes VAT unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • A purchase order constitutes a purchase offer and becomes binding only when the order has been confirmed and shipped.
  • Nutricity reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
    • Out of stock
    • Suspected fraud
    • Incorrect price or product information

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers within the EU.

6. Delivery & Shipping (Sweden)

Orders are shipped according to our Delivery and Shipping Policy.

Delivery times may be affected by the carrier, delivery address, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nutricity is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, some products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, in accordance with the Distance Contract Act.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current product.

Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. If this fails, the dispute can be adjudicated by a Swedish court or The Swedish Advertising Complaints Board (SAC).
