We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Terms

Since we sell health and nutrition supplements, product safety is our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions.

Returns are accepted if:

You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return request is made within 30 daysfrom that you receive the product

The following products cannot be returned:

Opened or used dietary supplements
Products returned without original packaging or receipt/order confirmation
Products marked as “Slutrea”or“Not eligible for return”

2. Return Process

To start a return:

Send an email to [email protected]with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Image of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and send return instructions if it is approved.
When we have received and checked the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Please note:

Return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The refund will be processed within5–10 business days after approved inspection
