Nasal Congestion or "stuffy nose" occurs when nasal tissue and blood vessels become swollen with excess fluid, causing that uncomfortable and too common "stuffed up" feeling. Remember: Neo-Synephrine is strong medicine and shouldn't be used more than once every 4 hours and no more than 3 days in a row
